Each form grows slowly – from a raw, organic silhouette to a finished object covered in hundreds of hand-applied droplets. This surface, combined with soft pearl tones, creates lamps that shape atmosphere through sight, touch, and emotion.
Every lamp is made by using an original technique inspired by nature and the fluid metamorphoses of underwater worlds.

the heart behind BINIA Studio
Binia derives from the artist’s childhood nickname and carries the essence of her practice: objects that are personal, warm and full of presence.
Independent artist, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, completing her diploma across three studios simultaneously – sculpture, painting and intermedia – treating them as overlapping fields of exploration. Currently based in Poland, Binia focuses on light sculpture and collectible objects, exploring the relationships between humans and objects.
I believe objects shape our spaces — and those spaces shape us.

Design That Tells a Story
Sculpted by Hand
Every element of my lamps is hand-sculpted and refined with the utmost attention to detail. The creation process takes place in my studio – from carefully planning the electrical components to perfecting the final touches. Each step is filled with precision, passion, and craftsmanship.
Unique Technique
The framework is crafted using shaped paper pulp and polyvinyl glue, strengthened with fiberglass and drops of thermoplastic adhesive. For stability, the base is carefully weighted with plaster, and every piece is finished with a protective layer of acrylic varnish.

My lamps go beyond lighting – they are works of art that tell stories of light, space, and emotion. I find inspiration in nature – its forms, textures, and subtle beauty – creating pieces that transform interiors into spaces full of life and character.
